 David G. Hughes
Chief Executive Officer David is a security industry veteran with extensive operating experience with software companies ranging from startups to mature market leaders. As President of Sophos Americas, the US subsidiary of the UK-headquartered anti-virus software vendor, he and his team led the company to rapid growth in revenues and profitability, and established Sophos as a widely-respected information security brand in the United States.
Prior to Sophos, he served as Vice President of Strategy for the Lotus Development division of IBM, where he also held a number of senior management positions in direct and channel sales and market development. David sits on the Board of Stegosystems, Inc., and previously sat on the Advisory Board of PureSight, Inc., a leader in intelligent content recognition for wired and mobile networks, at the time it was acquired by bcgi (NASDAQ: BCGI).
He has twice been named to the MSPMentor™ 250 list of the leading executives, entrepreneurs and experts shaping the global managed services industry. He holds degrees from Harvard and Stanford and is a veteran of the U.S. Navy. | 
Scott Barlow
Vice President of Sales Scott is a proven sales leader with extensive experience in bringing new products to market and building strong sales channels and partnerships. He also serves as Product Manager for Reflexion Total Control, which helps to ensure that all of Reflexion’s development work is squarely focused on addressing the needs of IT solution providers as well as end-users.
Prior to joining Reflexion, Scott was Director of Business Development at start-up Virtual Access Networks, a leader in operating system migration and remote access that was acquired by Symantec. Previously he worked at Cambridge Technology Partners, where he developed a go-to-market strategy for the consulting firm’s post-ERP implementation services.

Chief Architect Alex leads Reflexion's software development team, and is the lead designer and developer of the company's flagship product, Reflexion Total Control.
Prior to Reflexion, Alex held senior development positions for a variety of products, including facial animation software (LifeFX Networks) and spreadsheets (Lotus Development).
He is a graduate of St. Petersburg State Technical University in St. Petersburg, Russia (B.S. in Computer Engineering) and Boston University (M.S. in Computer Engineering). |
